Your ad account data is yours
When you connect a marketing platform through Adlyfy, we access that data only to operate the service you asked for. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, use it to train models, or use it for our own marketing. Ever. Enterprise customers can also run Adlyfy entirely on their own infrastructure — see Self-hosting below.
1. Who we are
Adlyfy is a product of Scalvo.ai (“Adlyfy”, “we”, “us”). Adlyfy provides a unified API and admin portal that lets you connect and manage advertising platform integrations — Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. You can learn more about the company at scalvo.ai.
This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices and controls you have. It applies to our website, the Adlyfy API, and the admin portal.
2. Information we handle
Account information
Details you provide to create and manage your account — such as name, work email, organization name, and billing details for paid plans.
Connected platform data
When you authorize a marketing platform, we receive the access tokens and the advertising data the integration needs — for example campaigns, ad accounts, assets, and reporting metrics. We process this data on your behalf and under your instructions so you can read and manage it through Adlyfy.
Usage and technical data
Logs, device and browser information, and diagnostic data we use to keep the service secure, reliable, and performant.
3. How we use connected ad platform data
We use the advertising data you connect strictly to:
- Provide the integration, syncing, and reporting you request;
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
- Respond to your support requests;
- Meet legal and compliance obligations.
We do not use your connected ad account data to:
- Run our own advertising or marketing;
- Build advertising profiles or sell audiences;
- Train machine-learning or AI models;
- Share or disclose it to other customers or third parties for their benefit.
4. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your connected advertising data. Full stop.
5. When we share data
We share data only in limited, necessary cases: with trusted service providers (subprocessors) who host and operate Adlyfy under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with the marketing platforms you connect, as needed to fulfill your requests; and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We require every subprocessor to meet privacy and security standards consistent with this policy.
6. How we protect your data
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest;
- Access tokens and credentials stored encrypted, with strict access controls;
- Least-privilege access for our staff, granted only when needed to operate or support the service;
- Continuous monitoring, logging, and regular security reviews.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes Adlyfy’s access. When you delete your account or request deletion, we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
8. Self-hosting (Enterprise)
Customers on our Enterprise plan who have signed an agreement with us may choose to host Adlyfy entirely on their own infrastructure. In that deployment, your connected advertising data and access tokens remain within your own environment and are not transmitted to or stored by us. 9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@otomatika.tech. You can also disconnect any platform or close your account at any time from the admin portal.
10. International data transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable data-protection laws.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
